Send us a listing URL or vehicle number. We will confirm availability and a domestic purchase quote with the store holding the car. Review what is included and any additional registration or delivery costs before purchasing.
Registration and delivery
Tell us your city or region and preferred timing. Discuss registration support and delivery arrangements for the specific vehicle. If you need delivery to a military installation, confirm the delivery point and arrangements with us first.
Financing consultations
If you would like to discuss financing, contact the Shibuya Office about your budget and the car you have in mind. Available options, eligibility and terms are confirmed individually before you decide.

Can I see a car at the Shibuya Office?
The Shibuya Office is a consultation desk. Vehicles are held at ALESS Group stores. Contact us to discuss a viewing with the store holding the vehicle.
Is the ALESS WORLD price the total for buying in Japan?
ALESS WORLD may show export FOB prices. These are not the total amount payable for a purchase in Japan. Ask us to confirm domestic pricing, availability, what is included and any additional costs for the vehicle you choose.
Can you deliver to my area or base?
Tell us your location and preferred delivery point. Available arrangements and costs are confirmed individually. Delivery inside a military installation needs to be confirmed separately before you make plans.
What should I confirm about military vehicle registration?
Discuss the registration support available for your vehicle and circumstances with ALESS. Check the applicable requirements with your installation’s vehicle registration office before committing to a purchase.
Can I ask about financing or selling the car when I leave Japan?
Yes. Contact the Shibuya Office to discuss financing or buying your car when you return home. Available options, eligibility, pricing and other conditions are confirmed individually.
